This is my 3rd purchase from Baltic Esentials and I’m so very happy with their product and service. Both my kids wear their amber necklaces during teething and it makes a huge difference in sleep for them. I know because I’ve forgotten to have it on for a week with my son during teething and he kept waking every few hours. Very pretty, just the right size beads. The plastic screw closure is the only reason I didn't rate at 5 stars. It is very difficult to open or close for yourself. My teenage daughter's fell off and we never found it.
