I can definitely see a difference in my 4month old! We love this set and he wears the anklet 24/7 and the neckless during the day. We don’t let him sleep in the necklace.. Only the anklet. The anklet is too big and falls off so we put socks on and then have no problem! I would rather a little too big and socks then not big enough so it’s perfect.
