I purchased two bracelets and ended up letting my mom wear one. It's made a huge difference. My only complaint with this bracelet is that it's difficult for me to take off and on - which is only a problem for me. I do prefer the stretchy bracelets for myself. But they really do help with the pain. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, and my pain levels decreased wearing this. Same thing happened for my mom, so now I'm ordering her one so that I can have mine back!
