On the recommendation of my massage therapist, I purchased this bracelet as well as a baltic cherry amber bracelet. She felt I would love the health benefits I'd receive from wearing them. She was right! Not only are the health benefits wonderful, I have a beautiful bracelet to wear as well. I also like the fact that amethyst is my birthstone. It shipped quickly and I've been wearing both bracelets for just under a week and already notice the pain issues in my arm I was experiencing have diminished significantly.

My massage therapist told me about Baltic Essentials, the health benefits of wearing baltic amber, and how she felt I could benefit health-wise, as well as amethyst and lapis lazuli (another bracelet I purchased here at Baltic Essentials). I love the look of this polished cherry amber. I have small wrists and wasn't sure what size to order. My wrist measures 6.5" and I ordered the 6.5" bracelet. Because is stretches and has some give, it is not tight at all - it fits perfect! While I've only been wearing it for about a week, I do feel that the issues I was experiencing with my arm (for several months) have lessened significantly. I will definitely be purchasing from Baltic Essentials again in the future.
