Although this keeps falling off my little which is driving me nuts because I can’t find it now... it worked almost immediately! There is no doubt in my mind that this is effective in helping teething. I Got it in the middle of an inconsolable crying sesh that was becoming too frequent in our house and within 15 min she stopped and fell asleep.
