I absolutely love it but I don't see it really helping with her teething. I have a bracelet that's all Baltic amber when I put that on her for at least 30 minutes or longer I notice it working for her teething. But when I put this necklace & the matching bracelet on her I see it helping with everything else but her teething... But this is worth every penny. I love the quality and it fits amazing. My daughter is almost 5 months and she's on the small side but fits great. The bracelet of course is a little big but like I said my daughter is on the smaller side. Don't question yourself just get this!!! I also heard that the more amber and the lighter it is the more potent it is to help with the teething.
