I am so happy we took a chance on this necklace. I have definitely seen a reduction in the crying and frustration my baby had from teething. He was absolutely miserable. Though it is NOT 100 percent change it is enough to see the difference and make this purchase worthwhile. However, his saliva rash is absolutely 100 percent gone and that makes me really feel a lot better
