Disappointed in products. The amber necklace I purchased for my son turned his leg bright red and was warm to the touch only about 10 minutes after wearing it. Reason for my 4 stars is the customer service. Excellent customer service. I got an immediate response regarding my issues and was sent a return label promptly. My son has extremely sensitive skin and this possibly aided in his reaction.

My 2.5 year old has been dealing with anxiety, stress and anger since his little brother was born. The day that his necklace came in the mail was a particularly troubling day for him. He was having major anxiety issues and had been crying for an hour straight. Nothing I tried could divert his attention. I had just recieved his necklace in the mail and I put it on him and within 10 minutes he had calmed down. The rest of the day went very smoothly. He was happy with independent playtime and happy with playtime as a family group. No yelling or bad tantrums. We're extremely impressed so far.
