The necklace I received was much heavier than others which leads me to believe it’s good quality and authentic stones. I love the look of the necklace but so far haven’t seen it help with stress/ anxiety. I got a stretch band bracelet for myself and my daughter got ahold of it and broke it already BUT when it broke the beads didn’t come of the string. Not one. At least I can try to re-string them. Overall, I think the Baltic essential brand is great quality but I think I’ll switch my daughter back to a full amber bead necklace.
