I purchased the rainbow necklaces for my 1 year old who is teething and 5 year old who often has growing pains and leg cramps from excessive activity. I have been very pleased with the necklaces!! Aside from being beautiful pieces, I have seen improvements in both of my daughters! I also purchased the rainbow bracelet for calming purposes for myself. So far I have loved the results! Such a beautiful necklace. My 3 year old daughter loves it, and gets some many compliments on it. I ordered the 12.5" length. I just wish I would have ordered the larger size. Totally my fault, but would definitely recommend going bigger if you are questioning which size.
