I bought for my hyperactive three year old in the hopes it would help him actually go to sleep at night because he was having issues going to sleep and staying asleep. At first I didn't notice a difference. Until I took it off one night for a bath and did not put it back on him. The next night he was terrible at night and I realized he had actually gotten better when wearing the necklace. So its been back on him and last night he did not wake up once.
