It is beautiful, but I accidentally ordered a size that is much too small. Can I exchange it?

Adult Baltic Amber Arthritis Carpal Tunnel Sciatica Migraine Back Pain
My mother has been suffering from migraines for her entire life. She has to get shots in her head to help them and literally has tried everything. I ordered her this necklace and she said it worked within a week. She cannot wait to tell her neurologist!

My 10yr old daughter was excited to receive this in the mail. It seems to have started to help calm her a little already. We shall see as time goes on with her wearing it. Trying something new a different! Thank you

Baltic Amber Teething Necklace Raw Honey Newborn Baby 10.5 to 11 inch
We love the necklace! It really seems to be helping with her drooling and fussiness. I also like that I can wrap the necklace around her ankle at night to still provide her with some relief and give my husband and I some peace of mind!
