My son had ADHD and was on the go 24/7 and I thought I would give this a try because I would try anything to help I’m slow down and focus and after 3 days it has drastically changed his behavior. He is no longer having behavioral issues at daycare and he is so calm now. I think I will buying a extra just incase . It screws on and will stay on, but we take it off for baths and pool time
