I have not had a chance to determine if the necklace is going to help. However, I am happy to give a very positive review based on customer service alone. I ordered a necklace and the day it arrived I put it on my almost 5 year old granddaughter. Within 30 minutes she broke it. This was through no fault of the workmanship of the item. She deliberately broke it. I emailed about it and even though all I was asking was if there was some way to fix it, instead I was sent another necklace at no cost to myself. If the customer service means so much to them I can feel confident the item will work as it's supposed to. When we've had time to see how it helps I will write another review. Thanks!
