I bought this for my daughter to help with anxiety and ADHD issues. It took about 4 days of her wearing it, to see a slight difference. It happened to be a day we forgot to give her medication for ADHD, and she was actually able to complete some school work, which was a surprise, as other days with forgotten medication and no necklace, she was unable to get anything done and was so irritable. I hope this necklace continues to calm her a bit!

I love this little necklace. I had bought one years ago for my son when he was teething and actually got this one for me. I wear it around my wrist and it has helped my hand pain from the beginnings of arthritis. It wraps around twice. My wrist is quite small so anyone with a larger wrist wouldn't be able to use it in the way that I am. I found immediate relief for pain in my fingers after starting to wear it.
