This is the third time I've ordered from them, the product does seem to work. I was skeptical at first but my wife and I decided to try the amber necklace for teething, and shortly after we placed it on our now oldest daughter there was definite difference, she was still in pain but she seemed to bare it more. So we have since purchased another amber necklace for our newborn and a another necklace for 3 year old this time an amethyst to help with calmness and rage. I'm no longer a skeptical about these stones.
