I love this necklace on my 10 month old daughter. Aesthetically, it is so cute and gets a lot of compliments. She doesn't show signs of discomfort and doesn't seem to notice it is there because it is lightweight and soft to touch. The lemon and pink colors are as shown in the examples. It has a screw on attachment that is easy for even my husband to take on and off. I don't know if it has had an affect on her anxiety because that hasn't been an issue for us to compare before and after. Overall, i highly recommend this product.
