My son is almost 3, and had always been overly aggressive. When he gets upset, he's really angry and it's hard to calm him down. Because he's a bit behind in his speech, it's nearly impossible to figure out what's wrong when he's so angry.
After 3 days of wearing his new bracelet (he didn't like it around his neck) I could see a noticeable change in his attitude. Things that once made him angry now only cause frustration, and he's calm enough for us to work through the situation and figure out the problem.
