The first one I received it and my daughter wore it on her ankle for less than 24 hrs & it had broken, I found it busted off her ankle & then I showed her dad, went to grab it out of his hand gently and it fell into more pieces. I contacted baltic essentials and told them all of this & they immediately got back to me & sent me a BRAND NEW one free of charge! She has had it for 3ish days and it hasn't broken and she doesnt even notice it's there.
