So far so great! We have used these for our oldest but received a necklace from another brand as a gift for our second child which didn't seem to do much. My son loves this necklace. I purchased it specifically for him with hopes that all the benefits from the rainbow beads would work for him. So far I can’t say that I’ve noticed too much of a change.
