I've had a great experience with Baltic Essentials. My husband accidently put my daughter's amber teething necklace through the washing machine. I reached out to the team via email and received a quick reassurance that it was ok, but to not do it again ;). I'll definitely be ordering again.

My son has a cows milk allergy and acid reflux Colic. All the good stuff. We bought a teething necklace for our daughter when she was born and it worked wonders. The Hazelwood and amber necklace we got for our son I’m not sure if it’s helping him. We keep it on him all the time but not during baths. It could be helping along with formula change a wedge in his bed and meds. It does look great one him!

I’m not very sure. I actually think my baby may have had a reaction to it. His neck became very red, dry and itchy so I took it off of him today. He was wearing it for about 5-6 days today. It’s a beautiful necklace though and I wish it had made a difference for the better.

I was surprised at how fast it got here . It was a gift for my Father . It's to tight for his wrist so he doesn't wear it anymore . I just wish the stretch band was a bit bigger for a man . I think it could have helped my Father with the pain in his body .

Very upset I didn’t receive my package even though it says delivered and yous won’t refund me and I’m so very highly upset considering I chose your company even though you were more expensive than other companys

I initially placed an order but then called it because my dad ordered two necklaces for himself and my mom and spend a total of $80. My dad's necklace broke after two days so I emailed for my order to be canceled and explained why. The company told me to have my dad send them a photo of the broken necklace and they told he happy to replace. My dad got the replacement necklace last week and already it has broken as well, and in the same spot. While the customer service was super responsive, for a $40 necklace I would think the clasp end would be better designed and made so it doesn't pull out and break.
