I hate having to give such a poor review as the beads themselves have been a noticeable help for one of our kids. BUT, we have ordered multiple of the appropriate sized necklaces and bracelets of different bead combos, and on every single one, the bead with the hole drilled to allow the other end to screw in cracks/breaks and the piece becomes unusable, falls off etc. This has happened from two different orders made several months apart. These pieces are SO expensive and break within a few months of use. The price to replace the pieces is nearly the same as buying them on sale from the website. We will not be buying from this company again, despite loving the benefits of the beads, because of the consistently poor craftsmanship and a very poor return/replacement policy for VERY expensive pieces.

My necklace I loved but the latch broke, I sent pictures of both necklace and bracelet that was still under warranty with no replacement. I haven’t bought anything since. Too risky for the price.

My son has been teething super hard. Where he has been running fevers up to 103 all day I’ve tried everything. I put his necklace on and literally in a day he went from high fevers to just feeling much better. These necklaces work 100% recommend to anybody.

Very pretty beads. Not so sure about the “helping with teething” element. My daughter wore them for a week (taking them off for naps and bedtime) and no slowing of drooling or fussing. Felt silly buying a necklace for a baby. But pretty I guess!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a quality issue with a company. The necklace I bought for my baby left stains on his skin. I reached out to exchange the product only to be told I miss submit pictures and then being told they don’t see the black marks on my baby skin so I must be confused. Poor poor customer service. And this was my 4 th necklace I’ve bought from your company

Can’t recommend this enough!! Life changing for my 4 month old and therefore his parents! He found instant relief while teething and we no longer had to give him Tylenol! Literally, the pain eased up within a few hours. It’s like magic. Because he’s old enough to safely roll over, we leave it on him 24/7 and he doesn’t even notice it’s there.
