I never expected to enjoy buying bamboo as much as this. Lots of bamboo varieties to choose from, and two of our choices were upgraded as it was the wrong time of year for the black bamboo to turn black, which was a lovely gesture. The plants seem really healthy, lots of care instructions were appreciated, they arrived well packed with a bag of fertiliser for next spring, and I loved the delivery confirmation email. I also had a quick response to a care query email. And the bamboos now screen us from our neighbours in their new conservatory.

We ordered 7 pots of 1.6m tall bamboo to hide a fence. Lovely plants in great condition. Couldn’t fault bamboo giant.
I would have a word with the delivery company DX though.
Pots were smashed, rolling around in the van and they wouldn’t leave the bamboo as stated. Luckily my neighbour took them in as I was on the school run. He said I would be back in 10 but they said no, but in the end left them with him.
