I purchased plants in the seconds category. They were in good healthy condition on arrival, on planting I noticed they were very root bound in pots so hopefully they will flourish now they planted and have more root space. The advice given over the phone was very helpful and the service fast and efficient. I would use again.

Excellent communication, good bamboo. My only comment would be that one of the bamboo had about 2ft broken off the top. The bamboos were really well packed and protected so I guess the delivery company were not as careful as they should have been.
