I wasn't sure which bamboo to buy or how many. Called up and they were very helpful. Order arrived promptly and the bamboo were in great condition. I planted them immediately and the fertilizers supplied seems to be doing its thing as I've had numerous shoots sprout up and grow over a foot and I've only had them in the ground 2 weeks! I'm really impressed. Can't recommend enough.
