The quality of the plants not great though. One arrived completely parched right down to the roots and all three’s tips were yellow and pretty much dead.

I am so very pleased with the plants supplied by Bamboo Giant. I ordered on a Friday and they were delivered the following Wednesday by 24 hour courier. They arrived in perfect condition - quite an achievement for such big plants - and they have great root systems, so I can tell they will thrive and grow now that they are planted out. I also loved the friendly and funny communications from Matt, and the advice and reminder about watering them for the first several weeks. I don't believe I could have got better service or planbts anywhere else.
