I’m appalled by the service of this order! This was suppose to be a birthday present for 2 weeks ago and it STILL hasn’t been delivered. There’s no number to contact and says they attempted delivery which is not true as it was sent to a business address and we were open at the apparent time of delivery. Won’t be ordering anything from this site again. I would also like to receive a refund so I can purchase this gift elsewhere!

Hi Danielle. Sorry to read this review. We have left messages for you today and checked the tracking on this item, shipped by Tipple Box, one of our marketplace sellers. They sent the item straight after your order and you received a shipment email with a Yodel tracking number included. Having checked their site it appears to be stuck with Yodel. Tipple Box will be able to fix the issue with Yodel directly. Just so you know our telephone number is on the website in our Contact Us area, and a link to contact the seller is included in both your order email and shipment email.
