The Gin drops I bought are a gift so can not say how they have tasted or even look but I can say that my items didn’t arrive once they had been despatched, so I contacted the seller who replied with a few hours to confirm they had gone out, once I explained they had not reached me, they automatically apologised & agreed to send me a replacement. Fortunately they did turn up before they had to send me that replacement as there had been an error on the address. I can say that there customer service is excellent, very professional and I will definitely order from them again.
