I expected the item to be a little larger and the personalisation a lot more professional. The bow was not fixed to the egg and in transit the chocolate had rubbed against the cellophane box and clouded it. The Easter Egg was for a Company sales competition, I was too embarrassed to use it and had to purchase a replacement from elsewhere.

Not marvellous first order was lost in delivery after many calls was delivered but mo message attached so the person who received it had no idea who it was from when called to complain just got useless offer if double points. Womt be using them again

I placed an order for my Niece's 40th birthday, which didn't turn out as I has expected. I ORDERED A BOTTLE OF PICKERINGS GIN, with a birthday message. She received x 3 samples of Pickerings Gin without a message. She didn't know who it was from, she received many gifts on her birthday, and seemingly, nothing from me. Which was embarrassing & disappointing. My original order was eventually sent to me, after copious enquiries. What a shame, as I thought I had found a new & refreshing company, particularly as I have spent many years in Scotland, researching interesting new Gins.
