I ordered a bottle of gin from the Ely Gin Company. The item was sent out promptly, but unfortunately arrived broken. I emailed them to let them know and later that day I received a nice email in which they apologised for the breakage and informed me a new bottle had been dispatched with next day delivery. Very happy with the service, and will certainly consider ordering again.

I ordered the XL Cider gift box from BoroughBox. I didn't see the box as it was a gift for someone else, however they said it was a great present. One complaint though; I requested a personalised gift card to go inside the box as I wasn't giving the gift in person. However, this wasn't received, only a card saying to... from... a bit disappointed with this, even though the gift was great.

The service and quality of my order was really good. My partner loved the man box and it went down in his office really well. I would have liked a confirmation of delivery so I did not have to chase it as everything gets lost in his large office mail room but that is literally the only issue. Really appreciated the quick response to my questions and again, the quality of the box!

What can I say - the BoroughBox team are outstanding. I first met them in October 2015 and was pleased to be able to use them for my corporate gifts for Christmas 2016, including a gift card with my logo on which looked highly professional. My order wasn't delivered when it was supposed to be leaving my friend who was unwell to go out and pick it up. This was a massive inconvenience as it was a get well gift for her but she ended up having to leave her bed to pick it up.
The delivery date was changed due to my request....I didn't request the date to be changed. Then sat in the depot for 3 days before she had to pick it up. Rediculous!
