Only made one loaf so far- the sourdough- but it was superb! It’s many years since I’ve been able to eat ‘real bread’ ( I’m Coeliac) and have never eaten normal Sourdough.
This was delicious! The crust was wonderful & the instructions & little bag that comes with it to bake the bread in were superb
I’m looking forward to trying the others- I bought 2 starter packs of 5
The only suggestion I could make is the option of a bigger loaf size if desired ( I realize that for most people there may be one Coeliac in the family and these loaf sizes are fine)
