Speedy delivery and well packaged. The only reason it did not get 5 stars was because I felt the product was a bit smaller than shown on the website and therefore slightly expensive for this size product.

Great selection of gifts. Easy ordering. However I didn't realise that the selection of gifts on the website can come from a range of different sellers which means even though you buy them as 1 x bundle they get shipped at different times from different locations (?) which means the recipient doesn't get a complete gift which was a bit disappointing. Maybe you can make it clearer in the "Cart" that the goods are not from the same supplier? In saying that when both parcels finally arrived they were very well received :-)
