The product is terrific however the website is a bit difficult to shop on. When you put something in your cart and want to go back to the section you were on it will take you back to the 1st page of that section instead of where you left off. That is irritating especially when you are 4 pages into the section.

The purchase is exactly what I wanted it to be.

Cool kit. Instructions were minimal and took some guessing. Pieces don't fit together fluidly like Legos.

Upon ordering it states $50 spent will get you free shipping. However the compounding discount when you purchase multiple items isn't added until after you have begun checking out. Needless to say after my order totaled over $50 it was still $0.75 or so short of the free shipping.

I had selected a paritcular mini-fig and it was part of the initial order. A few days later i recieved an aol stating it was oversold and I wouldn't be recievig said figure. They did offer to swap it for any otjer in-stock figure though. So that was a plus.

Upon delivery the box is just placed inside a sealed opaque plastic bag. The extra mini-figures I ordered were in seperate small ziploc baggies. The Sherman Tank box was a little beat-up as the shipping bag offers no protection. Overall though it was a moot point as there was no damage.

Now for the actual Sherman Tank build. It took about 2hours, 2 Makers 46 on the rocks, and Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Arc. All pieces were present as well as a small handful of extras. Fit and finish was very nice. The actual Tank is quite detailed. The track is all single blocks just like a real tank track. The road wheels and final drives turn with the track as it rolls as well. The Cobi mini-figs are a little wonky and are significantly different than an actual Lego mini-figure. However the BrickForces mini-figures look almost identical to Lego dudes.

Overall Im happy with the product but not thrilled with the ordering process. Customer service was so so bit it arrived on time and undamaged.

Amazing!!!

My biggest issues is the instructions are very vague and not really easy to follow. The first couple steps show some blocks laid out then the next step shows more blocks on top but very difficult to tell what goes on. I really wanted to do this for my son. But after deprecating all the blocks into same blocks. Basically stopped after that because we could figure out the first few steps.

My only issue is I emailed customer service and no one got back to me, other than that I love the products

When I had my delivery arrive I was very impressed with the attention to detail on the printing on my predator and alien figures the only criticism I have is that the joints on some of the figures where particularly weak and some of the armour pieces still had little joining bits attached to them

My figure was sent out as soon as the order was received! When I called, my questions were answered completely. Thank you!
