great nutritional drink for elderly or others trying to supplement nutrition and calories. More calories than most, which is great for us. Very good ingredients. Tastes good (all flavors). Enjoyable, easy to drink. Only negative is I don’t like the plastic wrap that covers whole bottle and cap. The wrap makes it harder to open than most drinks — for an elderly person or anybody. I think there is a perforation, but hard to get hold of. Easier to use a knife. I will keep buying this.

I like the taste of ensure much better, I think it’s a great product for what it’s meant for. A lot of calories in a small package! However, be aware that it has a slight minty after taste and the vanilla is a bearable flavor however my personal preference is ensures vanilla flavor. It’s not too thick, it’s about the same thickness as ensure. Maybe if I drink it without a straw it would be easier to drink fast. I haven’t tried using it to make shakes or anything yet- my purpose isn’t medical, only using this to gain some weight. Also, it has a convenient little side flap that you can use to pour out of / drink from instead of just putting in the straw it comes with!
