Multiple times shipping mistakes which caused extra trouble. I ordered a box of 10 wipes, but only one wipe in the shipment arrived, I had to call your customer service, then it was arranged to ship missing 9 wipes, however when the second shipment arrived, it still only contained 1 wipe. I ended having to spend time again to contact your customer service and explained the situation. So far, I haven’t received the completed box with remaining missing wipes. It is unpleasant experience.

My only problem ... not one everyone would have ... is that I am 90 years old and have to ask a neighbor to open the box because it is so well put together for my arthritic hands and lack of muscle.
I wish the box holding the NEPRO would be just taped shut so that I could open the package without outside help. Is there anyway of doing this?
