I love this product sooo much! It has helped me put on he weight I've wanted. I gained 20 pounds within a month. I haven't stopped ordering yet and I don't plan to because I don't know what I would do without it. I drink 2 a day, usually when I miss a meal I drink it. My father is about 5'10 and 250 lbs with average to thin legs and a Buddha like belly. These fit him great! the Velcro like tabs make changing him a lot easier. The front pad keeps urine in the front and doesn't allow it to wick to the back like the last product I read using.

The pail with lid and shield I bought works well with my bedside commode. What I think is a shame is that your customer service could not help me when I called trying to figure out which one would fit mine and which ones went together. This is after holding for over 45min., then leaving a call back message, which to date, no one has called back, and sending an e mail. After calling back another day your customer service could not help and I had to call the manufacturer for help. This is what a call poor customer service and having employees who are not familiar with your products you carry. You might want to look into that.
