The tubing is nice and soft and smaller on your face, but the air pressure that is pushed into your nose is too loud. I bought this tubing so it wasn't so obvious on me, but the noise coming from the nose makes it even MORE obvious. Not worth paying for shipping to return them, so I am taking the loss.
