I accidentally ordered something I did not want. It arrived rapidly in good shape. Packaging was overkill, IMO. :)

We are very happy with our purchase. The bed rail with the gate that opens has helped my husband immensely get into bed with a little help from me. It looks and feels like a top quality product. Thank you, the smiths

You don't ship to Alaska. And you have a problem with you order form. I tried to have it shipped to a family member and that would not work because the credit card address and the shipping address error out because the zip codes where different. I finally had to use my sister's company credit card to order and ship it to her location and then wait for her to ship it to me. All in all a VERY frustrating experience.

Setting up a recurring order was very easy and we received shipments quickly. I only canceled my recurring order since the formula I was ordering is now covered by our insurance. I would definitely recommend BuyMedical.com to my family and friends!

A substitution was made for the brand I had ordered because they were out of the brand I wanted. The brand they sent has a California Porp 65 warning, so I am afraid to use it. A representative promised to help return the item for a full refund, including shipping, but never followed up.

I usually order Wellness Absorbent Briefs monthly from Amazon for my 101y/o gma. Amazon was out. I’m glad I found the briefs available on buymed.com. The briefs arrived quickly. I am a grateful & happy customer now I don’t have to reorder the briefs monthly because this item can be set up on automatic shipment (which Amazon does not have for Wellness Absorbent Briefs)😁😁😁
