I am thrilled to have found your store. I have to buy Ensure for my special needs son regularly. When I found your website, I was thrilled with the price and the fact that you had all the varieties. I was also thrilled that you accepted PayPal. I ordered with the hope that it would arrive in a timely manner. Well, it surely did! Everything about this purchase was perfect. I have found my new favorite store!!

Kept me informed when my order was not going to ship at the time it was expected to. Gave me the option to cancel but I chose not to. My order arrived a few weeks later but was exactly as expected.

Quality of product is fine. Packaging could use major improvement. Boxes are flimsy and occasionally arrive not fully sealed. Product cases inside those boxes shift considerably during shipping, crushing corners of cases during handling and transit. Product is liquid. Fortunately, although some individual boxes in those cases have crush damage, so far none of them have leaked contents, which could get quite messy, something I would not care to deal with. Time from order to delivery has been about three days. Overall I’m satisfied with the experience. Thank you.

When you say shipped by UPS you need to specify that you are using a USPS partnership. Our Post Office is now a more dangerous public place. Standing in line to receive respiratory supplies because you how a P.O. box without home delivery can be risky in these times of imposed isolation. UPS, used without explanation implies a house delivery, not a Post Office visit.

Buy Medical was great. Suplena was in stock for a reasonable price. Shipped quickly. However, the FedEx app kept saying it was still pending delivery. Called my mom and it had been delivered the day before.
