The product came very quickly which was wonderful. However, product ordered was not delivered to or near the 87 yr old's door, but rather left at the end of the driveway where the trash is usually picked up. Fortunately, that day the trash had already been picked up prior to the delivery of product. Otherwise the trash collection company would have taken it away! Why was the product not delivered to the house? Horrible, lazy delivery person!!! Would have given 5 stars, but...

I purchased what I thought was only one chair. When making the purchase, the website kick me off and when I redid the order I was charged for and sent two chairs. First I called and was told that the returns dept. was not taking calls and I would receive an email with instructions. I also made it very clear that I only ordered one and did not expect to pay a return shipping fee. The dept. emailed me back saying it was my responsibility to pay for it. They offered to send Fed Ex to pick it up for a fee that they would deduct from my refund. I emailed them back and explained the situation and have not heard back. That was three days ago. The chair is working well, but the customer service is terrible.
