It’s been a painful and time consuming experience. I paid for expedited shipping and the item came late. There was no tracking info. I am now returning the item because I found another one before this one was delivered. The information (by phone) was wrong about how and where to return the package. I was told it would be picked up at my P.O.Box, which is not possible without a UPS label, the post office could not do that. I had to deal directly with the Fedex guy who took it this pm. I hope now that I will be refunded without problem(s).

Very much pleased with the efficient service and the period of time in which NEPRO was sent to me.
My only problem ... not one everyone would have ... is that I am 90 years old and have to ask a neighbor to open the box because it is so well put together for my arthritic hands and lack of muscle.
I wish the box holding the NEPRO would be just taped shut so that I could open the package without outside help. Is there anyway of doing this?
