I ordered on Oct. 31. I received an item on 11/4 that was not what I ordered. The carrier made no attempt to notify me of the delivery and left the item on my porch in plain view and in a downpour.
I contacted you by email, and you promptly sent a replacement, but it turned out to be the same wrong item. I called you and emailed you, and I've heard nothing since.

The shower chair with back came with no way to attach the back - not sure if you sent the wrong seat with the back or if hardware is missing.
Just tried to call at 12 pm EST and recording says you are closed on a Thursday- what is up with that.
So guess I am stuck with the chair that has no back ???????

The wrong product was delivered with our first shipment but buymedical.com promptly corrected the issue. They made arrangements to send the correct product and instructed us how to return the wrong product - at their expense. We are set up for “auto-delivery” so product is delivered automatically on a monthly basis. I anticipate future deliveries will be correct!
