I've ordered from BuyMedical about 4 or 5 times. The produce on the first orders were in great shape and arrived on time. But on this last order I did not receive it on time. When contacting the company I was told that the package had damage and they took it back to the warehouse. I had ordered this product in time so my husband did not run out. As this is the only thing he can eat at this time. I should have been contacted that the product had been return also I felt that another shipment should have been sent overnight, so there would not be a long delay. But I did not receive the package until 4 days later. The package was not damaged but the cartons inside the box that were loose were all bent up. But they were not leaking. Customer service did address my call quickly. But because I was not notified and it did take so long to receive the product on this last order I have given this a 4 star rating.
