Product misrepresented in the explanation of what I would be getting from the company.
What I received provided me with only part of the system. When I called and asked for the
Stoma part of the 2-piece system, I was told it wasn’t available from Buy Medical.com…so I
now own half of a system(8495) and cannot buy the Stoma portion(I think it’s number is 8494, but I am not certain of that either! The person assisting me in the warehouse didn’t seem to understand what I was talking about. Sincerely, Lee Lippman
