bought a shower chair that I really need. was excited to find what looked like the perfect one online. when I received your shower chair it was missing the special bolts to assemble it. so , I have shower chair parts and no way to put it together!
I sent an email to your company and have not received any reply so far. I cannot find any way to contact you by phone, so I stand her with parts for a shower chair and no bolts to assemble it with and no communication!
