My order was not delivered on time (expedited shipping) and the facility got really upset with our team.

Received item as promised and it works beautifully. Just what I needed. Since I broke my wrist I've been uncomfortable in the shower. Now I have a sturdy and safe bench to sit on and stand up easily from.

Excellent service. In my humble opinion, the only issue is improvement in customer-care service as we do not get virtually any response to our telephonic calls and even emails are not responded to.

Outstanding sales process! Quick, accurate, smooth and user friendly! AND, the product is superb, like the first one of its kind that I received via my post-stroke rehab provider, two years ago. Thank you for being a "model" for older folks in the internet buying process!
