Ordered two wisp xl masks . Received one wisp mask and one nose pad mask. Customer service said they would notify me about another client wisp mask shipment Monday but nothing yet. It’s Tuesday. I have no use for XS nose pads. Would like to send nose pads back.

Product I received was not the product pictured. So I was not able to use the product that was sent to me. I was told it was due to manufacture product change, but this is a product I purchase regularly and know that’s not the case.
