The product I needed at a very good price. Although it was extremely disappointing when I ordered 4 cases of 24 cartons (for a total of 96) and was shipped only 4 cartons. I contacted them immediately, but received no response. After contacting them again two days later I was notified that the correct shipment was on its way after being notified of the error. It would have been better customer relations if they would have notified me that the replacement was coming and they were correcting the error in the order. So while I eventually got what I ordered, I am giving four stars for the initial inaccurate shipment and the lack of communication regarding my notification and not letting me know they would be sending the correct shipment.
