The prices are great and items in stock. The shipping is fast and I like having the option for auto ship. I did have a problem with the delivery this time. Several of my boxes were crushed but thankfully the items were not damaged. Would recommend letting UPS know of the problem.

I have ordered tranquility medium briefs twice from you. Each time I purchase a case and each time I have received one package. I have to reach out to you and wait for the second shipment to come because of the mistake. I have asked that the system be corrected or else I will not be able to continue to buy from you. I did not receive an email back saying that the system would be corrected.

The cpap mask I bought had a manufacturer's defect, the hose did not attach tightly. 3 days after I received the item, I requested the item to be exchanged for same product. Was told they would only exchange within 24 hours of delivery. Then I asked they honor their 30 day satisfaction guarantee the have on their website. Never heard back. Very bad customer service.

I had a real bad experience with another DMS company CPAPsupplies.com. I tried Buy Medical and was amazed on the price and delivery time. I use a F&P Simplus mask, this was exactly original mask. Not a knock off. All other DMS wanted $135.00 +. I will use Buy Medical again
