I have been buying for the last year with no complaints, but the delivery person left my order out in the rain,by a garage that's not by house.I have two covered decks and in the past that's where it was left.Don't know how to rate great products bad bad delivery this time.

Buying the pillow mask from you was a good experience, easy to navigate your website and my purchase got to me in a very timely manner. The only problem is, I thought I would like to try the pillow head gear and that was my mistake. I have never used the pillows before, unfortunately they are very uncomfortable . I will keep trying for a few more nights, but I’m afraid I will be needing to purchase a new nasal mask shortly 😞 live and learn I guess.

Within minutes of placing my order for both Ensure Original and Ensure Plus, I cancelled the order for Ensure Plus, following instruction and, with your response, will be viewed as soon as possible. But then your response "can not be cancelled, been shipped". I would have given it a 5 stars but but the above incident tells me otherwise.
